They are 100 percent tree- and plastic-free, and are biodegradable, recyclable, and home compostable, yet just as functional and effective as traditional disposable tableware products.

Unlike traditional paper tableware, StalkMarket doesn't use a polyethylene coating, which means it will degrade quickly in a composter or landfill. StalkMarket products are built tough, and can withstand boiling liquids, are microwave safe, can be frozen, and are oil- and cut-resistant. How are StalkMarket products made?




StalkMarket's manufacturing process is free of contaminants.

This piece is made completely out of paper plates. Each Roll/individual piece represents one day. According to my counting of each piece, this sculpture represents 2.6 years of age or 938 pieces. I'm continuing the project until I make about 6,750 pieces to make over 18 years. I'm stoked.

This was paper plate I was using as a catch for water I was dropping on other objects. As I was cleaning up I thought to myself that these drop may make for an interesting shot and I think I was right. After a little post production work they look like edible candy
